Living along California’s Central Coast, she is inspired by the vibrant colors of the sea, the energy of the coastal waters, the golden hills, and the green forests with their giant trees. “The inspiration for this painting came from the Moore Creek Preserve in Santa Cruz County. In this location, I found inspiring views of the Monterey Bay. The oak meadow, with its path, leads the viewer down the mountain to the sea. Gold fields complement the blue ocean.
