Janina Plascencia is a Latina, Bay Area-based ceramic artist whose work explores imagery and color on functional ceramics. Janina combines various surface design techniques including, image transfer, decals, hand-painting, and airbrushing for her cheerfully unique ceramics. This shapely mug is mid-fire, stoneware clay with colored slip. The mug holds about 10 ounces and is dishwasher and microwave safe.
