Double Bubble By Michael Sosin

Michael Sosin is a known for his exquisite glass work, a real Berkeley treasure. Now retired, Mickey still occasionally offers work from his archives for sale at ACCI Gallery. This unique vessel features a stunning combination of rich red and grey blue on its body and is accented with a repeating pattern of spiraling, bubble gum inspired quadrilaterals near its rim. Measuring about 7" tall and 10.5" in diameter, and 3.5" at its opening, this piece can be used as a vase or as a decorative touch to any space. It is currently featured in ACCI's blown glass exhibition, "From Fire to Form" and will be available to be picked up after the show closes on August 17th, 2025.
