Margaret Dorfman's unique art form consists of layering paper thin slices of vegetables and fruits into what she calls "vegetable parchments." She then uses these parchments to create delicately luminous sculptures and jewelry. This vintage style glass dish is layered with a variety of seasonal edible mushroom slices. The plate is finished with a non-toxic sealer, and it measures about 12" in diameter. Cold foods only, no liquids, hand wash + do not soak.
