Large Redwood Necklace By Camille Torres

Camille Torres' jewelry intricately combines sacred geometry with elements of ancient myth and ecological themes, creating designs that explore the interdependence between nature and the human experience. This Redwood Slice Copper Medallion is inspired by the majestic trees found throughout Northern California. The age-rings in the cross section of this design were hand drawn, etched, and shaded with black patina to enhance the wood's contrast. Hanging on an 18"-20" oxidized sterling silver snake chain, the pendant itself measures about 1.5" in diameter.
