Pâte De Verre Spring Green Vessel by Margo Scarpulla
Margo Scarpulla makes one-of-a-kind saggar, naked raku, horse hair and pit-fired pottery, as well as unique pâte de verre glass vessels. Pâte de verre is a method of kiln casting glass using crushed or powdered glass with a binding agent over a plaster mold. After the firing and cooling, the mold is broken away and the fused glass piece is completed.
This one of a kind vase features striking green, orange, and black stripes. The vase measures about 4.5" in diameter and 4" tall.
