Running Cat Pin By Adrienne Mermin and Kirk McCarthy

This mixed-metle pin is a collaborative piece created for ACCI's Mixed Doubles exhibit. It turns the silhouettes of running cats into abstract art, while maintaining the sense of movement and play. Titanium is colored blue via an electric process called annodizing, then matched with a copper plate and rivets. This pin is just less than 2" long and has a steel pin on the back.
